Making a difference for Tile Hill Coventry- Trees Residents Group

🌳 A Great Visit to the Trees Residents Group in Tile Hill!
This week, we had the pleasure of visiting the Trees residents group in Tile Hill, who were recently successful applicants of the Citizen Local Fund (CLF). Their project was awarded funding to support the delivery of an ongoing community group designed to bring customers together, offer support, and create a welcoming space for everyone in the area.

Thanks to the CLF, the group is now able to provide:
🍲 Hot, nutritious meals
🤝 A friendly place for social connection
🧠 Mental health and wellbeing support
🌱 A supportive, community-led environment
The session we attended was vibrant, warm and full of energy. It was fantastic to see people coming together, sharing food, chatting with neighbours and taking part in something that genuinely strengthens the local community. The commitment and passion behind the group were clear to see, and it’s inspiring to witness how local ideas can flourish with the right support.
We’re proud to back initiatives like this through the Citizen Local Fund — projects that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and help build stronger, more connected communities.
A huge thank you to the Trees residents group for welcoming us and for all the hard work they continue to do. We’re excited to see how the group grows and how the funding will continue to support the brilliant things happening in Tile Hill.
Together, we’re creating places people are proud to call home.

Thank you for your contribution!
