Birmingham Housing Week s taking place from 5th-9th February. The week will be focused on engagement with communities and young people to discuss the future development of the city’s homes. Birmingham Housing Week will inform young people and communities on the scale of investment happening in the City and the vast amount of opportunities on offer to them; invite them to get involved in the conversation and have a voice, and inspire them to join the movement.
The event will be an interactive session with workshops focused around creating an agreed new way that developers will commit to, on how communities will be engaged on those new proposals that will impact them in the future.
The Birmingham Social housing Partnership are keen to get representation from tenants who have been involved in regeneration or who have lived experience of re-development within the community.
