- Yes, support will be available for those who require it. One of the Customer Engagement team will be on hand to work with you.
- Yes, either way you will be notified of the outcome of your application. This will be done via e-mail or telephone by the Customer Engagement team.
- Applications will be open for 6 weeks. Once closed you will be notified approximately 4 weeks later if you have been successful or not. Once we have received your completed paperwork, payments will be processed which can take approximately 2 weeks.
- Yes, a Customer Engagement Partner will be in touch. They will make regular contact throughout the duration of your project. You will be required to update us with the progress and spending of your project.
