Your views about Citizens Tenancy terms and conditions
We want to know what you think about some changes we are making to our tenancy terms and conditions.
Our tenancy agreements were last updated in 2017 with some minor tweaks made in 2019, following the amalgamation of Whitefriars Housing Group, West Mercia Homes Limited, Family Housing Association (Birmingham) Limited and Optima Community Association, to form Citizen Housing Group.
We want to bring them up to date to reflect changes in housing law and good practice.
Have your say!
Read through the tenancy agreement (including the terms and conditions) and complete the survey. This is a 48 page document and to show you that we value your time, for all those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 3 prizes. 1st prize will be a £20 online shopping voucher, 2nd and 3rd Prizes are both £10 online shopping vouchers.
**Please note the end date has now been extended to Tuesday 21st November**
Please complete the survey by Friday 17 November.
