Our Customer Scrutiny Panel asked for some feedback about the maintenance of the communal areas including cleaning. They were keen to gather feedback from customers of cleaning or the grounds maintenance.
On reflection we realise that a survey was not the best approach to collect this inform. The Scrutiny panel went out to a number of areas to speak with people and spoke directly with the cleaning team to get a better understanding of the peoples views on the cleaning of communal areas.

During the site visits the Scrutiny panel found a mixed response from customers and colleagues. The Scrutiny panel put forward 25 recommendations for the service. A summary of the report will be made available in the Scrutiny section by the end of August 2024.
