This session was for customers who currently receive our concierge service. It was a relaxed and friendly space where residents had the chance to share their views and help shape the future of the service.
We held this session as part of a wider review of how the concierge service is delivered. It was run in partnership with Consultive Solutions, who helped us gather your feedback and understand what matters most to you.
During the session, residents shared their thoughts on:
