    Many of you found the newsletter informative and told us what topics you found useful and what you wanted to see more or less of each month. You also told us that you would like to see other topics on: tenants legal rights, how your money is spent, housing officers, how we handle complaints, redevelopment plans, house swaps, anti-social behaviour and support for disabled people and people with poor mental health. People that filled out the survey said, they also wanted to see more customers stories in the newsletter. Your feedback told us that you are happy with the email format and that you like the frequency being monthly.
