Thank you for being part of this group. Your ideas and feedback will help us improve homes for future customers.

This is a pilot scheme, which means we’re trying out a new way of doing things to see what works best. Your feedback will help shape how we do this in the future.

We want to make sure that every home we let is clean, safe, and ready to live in. That’s where you come in.


🎥 What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of this group, you’ll be asked to:

  1. Watch your allocated, two short videos of empty homes that are being made ready for new customers.
  1. Fill in the allocated survey after watching each video.
  2. Submit Survey.


👉 Important: Make sure you’re completing the correct survey for the correct video. Each video has a matching survey with a number (e.g. Video 1 – Survey Video 1, Video 2 – Survey Video 2). This helps us match your feedback to the right property.


The survey is quick and simple. It asks you what looks good, what could be better, and if we’ve met the right standards. Your views will help us improve how we prepare homes and support new tenants.

In your welcome email, you should have received a link to a tutorial video. This shows you:

  • How to watch the property videos
  • How to complete and send in your survey
  • Where to find the information, you’ll need

If you haven’t watched it yet, we recommend starting there.

📃 Take a Look at Our New Policy

We’ve recently updated our Void Standards Policy. This explains:

  • What checks we do in every home
  • What repairs or cleaning should happen
  • What condition the property should be in before someone moves in

To help you, we’ve included the most important parts of the policy in each survey.

We want to know:

  • Are we meeting our standards?
  • Did we miss anything?
  • What could we do better?

You don’t have to write loads – even small suggestions can make a big difference. At the end of the survey, there’s a space for extra feedback – nothing is too small to mention.
