We are holding Employability Workshops to support our customers!
In collaboration with teams across Citizen, we will be holding 3 sessions in Birmingham and Coventry in August and will be using this opportunity to promote our new Apprentice roles as well as other vacancies at Citizen.
Key areas we’re looking to cover include:
Understanding employability skills – key skills for today’s job market
CV writing and application tips – practical guidance
Interview preparation and confidence building
Financial wellbeing at work – budgeting, salary expectations, and support
Customer engagement and communication skills – transferable behaviours
All sessions are drop in and will run from 9:30am – 3:30pm and are scheduled as follows:
Tuesday 11th August Radio Plus, 5 Hertford Place, Coventry, CV1 3TT
Wednesday 12th August Three Trees Community Centre, Hedingham Grove, Birmingham, B37 7TP
Thursday 13th August Kings Heath Community Centre, 8 Heathfield Rd, Birmingham, B14 7DB
