To give you a platform to share your thoughts, ideas, and concerns, we invite you to join our High-Rise Living Forum. The forum meets once a month online via Teams, offering a chance for you to voice your opinions and work together with us to address key issues affecting your community. By being part of this forum, you'll help us make informed decisions that truly reflect the needs of residents.

🌆 High-Rise Living Forum: Continuing the Conversation Together

Our next High-Rise Living Forum takes place on Tuesday 8 September, and we're looking forward to bringing residents together once again to discuss the issues that matter most to people living in our high-rise communities.

This month's session will welcome colleagues from Citizen's Regeneration Team, who will be joining us to talk about regeneration in Coventry and the important role residents play in shaping the future of their neighbourhoods. Forum members will have the opportunity to hear about regeneration activity, ask questions, share their thoughts and learn more about how local communities can influence change.

More Than Just Regeneration

While regeneration will be a key focus of the meeting, the forum will continue to provide a space for residents to discuss the wider issues affecting their day-to-day lives, just as they have done throughout previous sessions.

Over the past few years, forum members have shared valuable feedback on a range of topics including building safety, repairs and maintenance, security, communal cleaning, noise concerns, concierge services, digital noticeboards and accessibility improvements. Their feedback has directly influenced changes, including improvements to communications through multi-language digital noticeboards and customer involvement in Building Safety Agreements.

Making Sure Residents' Voices Are Heard

The High-Rise Living Forum continues to be an important space where residents can speak directly with colleagues from across Citizen, raise concerns, celebrate improvements and help shape future priorities. Every meeting is an opportunity to listen, learn and work together to make high-rise living better for everyone.

We're proud of the collaborative spirit that forum members bring to each session. Whether discussions focus on building safety, repairs, regeneration or community wellbeing, the conversations help us better understand what's important to residents and where we can make meaningful improvements.

Looking Ahead

We hope this session will be another positive opportunity for residents to connect with Citizen colleagues, hear updates on important projects and continue influencing decisions that affect their homes and communities.

A huge thank you to all forum members for their continued support, honesty and commitment. Your feedback continues to drive improvements and helps ensure that residents remain at the heart of everything we do
