At Manor Farm in Coventry, our Grounds Maintenance team has initiated a pilot project to implement a new approach for delivering the Grounds Maintenance service.
Under this new model, the team plans to deliver the service with a ‘one call does all’ approach.
The pilot took place in March 2023 and a group of customers provided us with feedback before and after the service was delivered. We have received valuable feedback from the group and look forward to implementing their suggestions.

Keeping. The residence up to date with ground Maintenance and introduce community champions in there area so they can bring up concerns
Who waters and cares for any newly planted trees? - Why not put up a sign saying 'please water me' on newly planted trees? and then ensure they are checked annually for the stake to be removed before it becomes too tight.
