 Times We Hold Focus Groups

• Most of our focus groups happen during the daytime.
• We can look at evening sessions.  
• This includes online focus groups, which follow the same times.
• All focus groups happen Monday to Friday (not on bank holidays).

We try to work around what suits our customers best.

Yes, you can take part in as many or as little groups as you wish.

It all depends on the number of groups you are part of and the set up of those groups. Some groups will last a period of 12 months and some are much shorter and will consist of one meeting. The surveys and polls will take minutes of your time. they are an ideal way of getting involved if you don't have too much time to spare.

No, not everything is carried out via teams. The more longer term groups would have it written into their terms of reference that they would possibly meet once per quarter.

You will get an email confirming that you’ve been selected to take part in a focus group. The email will tell you the date, time, and place of the session. If the focus group is online, the email will include a link so you can join from your device.
