We’ve got some exciting news to share…
The name for our new chatbot has been chosen – and you helped us decide!
We asked both our customers and our colleagues to vote for their favourite name. From our Citizen Together Hub, 52 customers took part, along with lots of team members.
And the winning name is… 🥁 AskCiti
A big thank you to everyone who voted! We’re really excited for you to start using AskCiti. It’s been built with your help every step of the way – not just the name, but how it works too.
You helped us test early versions of AskCiti, told us what kind of questions it should be able to answer, and shared your ideas about how it should speak and respond. Your feedback helped us make AskCiti more helpful, friendly, and easy to use.
We’re proud to have created something together, and we can’t wait for you to try it out!
AskCiti Is Here!
We’re excited to let you know that AskCiti is now live on My Account!
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready – checking all the information and making sure AskCiti works smoothly. Now, customers using My Account can start using our new chatbot to get quick and helpful answers online.
And that’s not all – AskCiti will be coming soon to our newly developed Citizen website too!
This is just one of the many improvements we’re making to give you a better online experience. We’re also introducing new tools, like Amazon Connect, to make it easier to get in touch with us when you need to.
