The Customer Stamp: Showing Where Your Voice Made a Difference

⭐ The Customer Stamp: Made With You, Shaped By You

You share your thoughts with us maybe in a survey, at an event, or in a focus group. You care about your home, your community, and the services you use they are important to you.

But after speaking up, it is completely normal to wonder:

  • Where does my feedback go?
  • Has anything changed because of what people said?
  • Do ideas really make a difference?

Many people tell us they feel the same way. They want to help, but they are not always sure what has changed or how their voice has shaped anything.

And that can lead to another question:

“Is it worth getting involved?”

This is exactly why we created the Customer Stamp.

A clear sign that:

  • People like you shaped this
  • Ideas from real experiences influenced this
  • Shared feedback and experiences from customers helped make this better.

The Stamp helps everyone see the difference shared views can make, even if they do not follow updates or take part in activities.

💡 Did you know where our customers have been involved and shaped or influenced something?

Many of the things you use from us every day have already been shaped by people’s ideas — even if you did not know it. Here are some examples of where people have made a real difference:

🔹Our chatbot:
People told us what was confusing and what needed to be clearer. We added two language options based on feedback, and people also helped choose the name AskCiti.

🔹The damp and mould leaflet:
People helped us make it simpler and easier to read.

🔹Our video repairs guides:
People shared what was helpful — and what was not — so we could improve them.

🔹Our website:
People showed us what they wanted to find quickly and what needed improving, and they helped shape how the website works.

🔹Policy on a Page:
People said our policies were too long and hard to follow. We worked with a small group to choose the key points and create a short, easy‑to‑read version.

People showed us what they wanted to find quickly and what needed improving.

These are only some of the changes shaped by real experiences and honest feedback.

Not everyone sees what happens behind the scenes.
That is why the Customer Stamp exists — to bring that hidden work into the open.

🔒 A Stamp You Can Trust

The Customer Stamp is not used everywhere. We do not add it to anything unless it has been truly shaped by people’s views.

We follow strict rules to protect the Stamp.

Before anything can carry the Stamp, it must meet clear criteria. These criteria come from social housing rules, which say people should have a real say and we must show how their views shaped the final decision.

✔️ This means the Stamp has to be earned.

It is only used when:

  • people have taken part in a meaningful way
  • ideas have shaped the final version
  • a real change has been made
  • we can openly show what changed and why

If these steps have not happened, the Stamp is not used. So when you see the Stamp, you can trust it. It tells you that people have helped shape or influence what you are looking at.
