We are currently working towards TPAS Accreditation. TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) is the leading organisation for tenant engagement in England, promoting good practice and helping housing providers ensure that customers have opportunities to influence and improve services.
As part of the accreditation process, the independent TPAS assessor would like to speak with a small number of Citizen customers. We are particularly interested in hearing from customers who do not usually take part in surveys, events, or other engagement activities.
We would love to better understand what barriers might prevent people from getting involved, what could encourage greater participation, and what more Citizen could do to make it easier for customers to share their views and shape our services.
If you would be interested in having a friendly, informal conversation with the assessor, please express your interest by completing the form below. There is no commitment at this stage. We will then provide further information, including the date, time and format of the conversation.
Your feedback could make a real difference in helping us improve how we listen to and work with our customers. Thank you for considering getting involved.
