Supporting You to Use Your Voice for Change

Supporting You to Use Your Voice for Change 🌟

We all have ideas that could make things better and sometimes it’s frustrating when they’re not heard. Even small changes can make a big difference! For example, improving how repairs are booked can save time and reduce stress for everyone.

At Citizen, we look closely at the services that matter most—repairs, maintenance, estates and neighbourhoods. We also run focus groups on policies that affect you. These sessions are your chance to share experiences and help shape decisions.

Whether it’s your first time joining a focus group or you’ve shared feedback before, this is a great opportunity to have your voice heard and make a real impact.  we’re here to support you.

On our Citizens Together Hub, you’ll find real stories from customers feedback that has made a big impact.

This is your home, and your ideas matter. You might have suggestions no one has thought of yet! By joining a focus group or visiting the Hub, you’ll also learn what happens behind the scenes. Many customers say they’ve learned so much about how Citizen works—and love the chance to speak directly with staff.

Feeling unsure or nervous? We’re planning confidence-building workshops to help you feel comfortable in a group. Your voice matters, and together we can make a difference!

You need to be signed in to share your story.
