To help choose the final Customer Stamp, we asked customers to vote and share their views. We wanted to make sure the design felt right, looked clear, and showed that customers had helped shape it.
A total of 71 customers took part in the online survey. We also collected paper votes at the Income Focus Group, so that customers who prefer face‑to‑face engagement could join in too.
