Connecting with you: our customer engagement events

We believe in building stronger connections with the communities we serve. Since May 2024, our customer engagement team has been out and about, attending over 40 community events across Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, and Worcester.

We’ve participated in a fantastic mix of events, some organised by us and others hosted by our community partners at local hubs. These events allow us to meet you, hear your thoughts, and work together to improve the services that matter most to you.

Targeting ‘hotspot’ areas

We’ve recently started holding focused events in areas that need a little extra attention. Most recently, in Willenhall, Coventry, we hosted a drop-in session to support customers dealing with damp and mould issues. Willenhall has been identified as one of our ‘hotspot’ areas, and this event allowed customers to meet our specialist damp and mould repairs team, discuss their concerns, and get updates on ongoing or upcoming repairs.

To make things even easier, our neighbourhoods and advice services teams were on hand to answer questions and offer support. We also brought along colleagues from our My Account team to provide instant help and answers to using the portal. This is just one way we’re making sure you feel supported and heard.

Growing our presence in your community

With four new Customer Engagement and Voice Officers joining the team in September, we’ve been able to increase our presence in your neighbourhoods. We’re committed to spending more time in your communities so you always have opportunities to meet us, share feedback, and work with us to make a difference.
