While visiting Hagard Community Centre in Willenhall, Coventry, our Engagement Team had a great chat with a customer about getting involved and shaping services.

They suggested something simple: putting a poster outside to let others know we were there. We loved the idea—and acted on it!

Now, we’re making sure posters are clearly visible at all our events. A small suggestion, but one that can make a big impact.
