We are currently reviewing the Aids and Adaptations policy and would like your feedback.
We want our customers to live safely in their homes for as long as they are able to. At times this may mean, we offer certain adaptations to customers homes to help them live independently.
Aids and adaptations could include things such as;

Citizen will work with local authorities to support customers in accessing the adaptions they need and sometimes we will be able to complete adaptions ourselves for customers – depending on what is required. The Aids and Adaptations policy gives details about the service and support we offer.
Please review the Aids and Adaptations policy (located to the right) and complete the short survey below. All feedback is important to us, whether you have used the service or not, it will help shape the services we provide customers.
