Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to see everyone have access to a good quality home? If so, we have a unique and rewarding opportunity for you!
All properties must be presented to new customers to a standard which indicates how they should maintain the property throughout their tenancy and when their tenancy ends.
We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our Virtual Relet Group. As part of the Virtual Relet Group, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we let out high-quality homes to our customers.
Here's how it works:
You'll receive a short video tour of a vacant property (void).
Watch the video carefully, observing various aspects like cleanliness, repairs, and overall condition.
Complete a simple online questionnaire based on your observations. Your feedback will be anonymous and confidential.
Why join the Customer Relet Group?
Make a real impact: Your feedback directly influences the quality of life for future tenants.
Flexible and convenient: Inspect homes from the comfort of your own home, at your own time.
Be part of a community effort to ensure Citizen provide good quality housing.
No special skills required: Just a keen eye and attention to detail.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are detail-oriented and have a good eye for potential issues.
Are comfortable using technology and completing online surveys. (You will need to have Teams to be able to join the group. Training can be provided)
Are reliable and can meet deadlines.
Are passionate about making a positive contribution to their community.
