✅ Step 2: Watch the Property Video Click the link in the survey to view a short video of a property. As you watch, keep the Your New Home standards in mind.
✅ Step 3: Complete the Survey After watching the video, fill out the survey to share your thoughts. Your feedback helps us ensure we’re meeting expectations and delivering quality homes.
✅ Step 4: Submit the Form Once completed, submit your survey. We’ll review your feedback and use it to improve our services.
