Financial Inclusion Strategy review

We are currently reviewing the Financial Inclusion strategy and would like your feedback.

The strategy sets out the service and how customers can access appropriate financial and money advice services. It also supports people to develop knowledge, skills and confidence to maximise their own financial well-being.

The strategy is delivered by a dedicated team of experts that can support with:

  • Money matters
  • Energy advice
  • Digital and online services support
  • Access to employment
  • Training on debt.

What is Financial Inclusion and why is a strategy needed?

Financial Inclusion means everyone having access to financial services that meet people’s needs. It also means that people have the skills to use these services.

A strategy not only supports accessing money it also helps improve health, wellbeing, independence, and job opportunities by working to reduce financial inequalities.

Everyone is experiencing the cost-of-living crisis and Citizen wants to make sure they are responding pro-actively with the service they offer.

It is important that the strategy stays relevant and meets the needs of customers.

Please review the Financial Inclusion Strategy or the summary customer leaflet (located to the right) and complete the short survey below. All feedback is important to us, whether you have used the service or not, it will help shape the services we provide customers.
