With this in mind we have created this dedicated page where home owners, leaseholders and shared ownership customers can share, comment and connect with each other through our:

• Keeping you safe
• Looking after your neighbourhood
• Listening to you and keeping you informed
• Supporting you in your tenancy

Citizen have also gathered feedback through our Tenancy Satisfaction Measures ( TSMs) These TSMs were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to measure how well social landlords like Citizen are delivering services. Our communication team also sends out a monthly newsletter now and we've added the link here so you can access all of them easily and quickly.

We hope to make this page an immersion of constant information and ideas. We’d really like you to have registered to be able to keep up to date with latest developments and contributions.
