We would like our home owners to help us improve the services we provide.

With this in mind we have created this dedicated page where home owners, leaseholders and shared ownership customers can share, comment and connect with each other through our:

Home Ownership Group - We will organise group discussions via Teams to gather information, ideas, suggestions and feedback from you. These meetings will have a topic already agreed from previous meeting by customers and we will invite you to join. If the subject matter doesn't interest you don't worry.

It's been a busy year for Citizen and after our meeting in February you gave great feedback and a lot for citizen to think about.

Citizen have also gathered feedback through our Tenancy Satisfaction Measures ( TSMs) These TSMs were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to measure how well social landlords like Citizen are delivering services.
