Home ownership Group

We would like our home owners to help us improve the services we provide.

With this in mind we have created this dedicated page where home owners, leaseholders and shared ownership customers can share, comment and connect with each other through our:

Home Ownership Group - We will organise group discussions via Teams to gather information, ideas, suggestions and feedback from you. These meetings will have a topic already agreed from previous meeting by customers and we will invite you to join. If the subject matter doesn't interest you don't worry.

If this is something you would like to get involved with then click the link below and become a member.

News Feed - we'll update you here on what's happening.

Question section - Here you can post a question and we'll try to answer it, pop it in there if we can't then we'll find out who can and connect you together.

Forum - Make suggestions, leave a comment, chat to other home owners.

We hope to make this page an immersion of constant information and ideas. We’d really like you to have registered to be able to keep up to date with latest developments and contributions.

  • what alterations can be done for disabled leaseholders to access their 1st floor maisonettes with external stairs to the front door please

Thank you for contacting us with your query.  As we would need further information from you in regards to your question and rather than going back and fourth messaging, it would be better to have a conversation with our leaseholder team. you can either call them on 0300 790 6555 and ask for the leasehold team or email them on leasehold.team@citizenhousing.org.uk.  if you do decide to email please remember to include you name, address, and up to date contact number so they can call you. Sorry I'm unable to answer the question immediately for you  We do also have a leaseholder handbook which is available on the home ownership page if you would like to refer to this in due cause.

    Many thanks
