Our Lettings Policy on a Page, Shaped by Customers

Lettings Policy Review – Thank You for Your Feedback

Over the past few months, we have been working with customers to review our Lettings Policy and make sure it is clear, helpful and easy to understand.

On 29 July, we held a Lettings Policy Focus Group at St James Lane. Customers who had moved into one of our homes within the last year joined us to share their experiences. They talked openly about their journey into their new home and gave honest feedback about what information was helpful and what could be clearer.

During the session, we went through the Lettings Policy together and asked customers what they felt was most important for new customers to know. Their ideas helped us understand what works well and what could be improved.

After the focus group, we opened a Lettings Policy survey, giving more customers the chance to share their views. The consultation closed on Friday 8 August, and we carefully reviewed all the feedback we received.

Customers told us they wanted the key information in one clear place, so we used their feedback to create a Lettings Policy on a Page. Customers helped choose what information mattered most, making sure it is simple, clear and easy to follow.

We’re pleased to share this with you. You can now download the Lettings Policy on a Page from this page, and it will also be available on our website so customers can access it at any time.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the focus group, shared feedback through the survey, or supported the review in other ways. Your input has helped us create a policy that is clearer, more accessible, and shaped by real customer experiences.

We have created a “You Said, We Did” presentation so you can see the changes we made based on what you told us. Please look at the updates on this page to see how your views have shaped our work, shown in the section called “You Said, We Did”.
