Meon Vale

Have your say – Meon Vale Community Drop‑in

We’re holding a community drop‑in on the Meon Vale estate to hear what matters to you and how we can better support our customers and communities. Your feedback will help us plan local activities and improvements that bring people together and strengthen community cohesion.

Why we’re doing this:

  • To listen to residents and understand what’s working well and what needs improving.
  • To find out what support would make the biggest difference for you and your neighbours.
  • To work together on practical ideas that help people feel safer, more connected, and proud of the area.
  • To use what you tell us to plan follow‑up activities on the estate.

About this engagement

The Tenancy Sustainment Officer and Neighbourhood Officer who work in Meon Vale have shared what they are hearing day‑to‑day. We also reviewed our information and reports, but it didn’t give a clear picture of what residents are experiencing. That’s why we want to speak to you directly.

What to expect on the day

  • A friendly, informal drop‑in where you can stop for a quick chat.
  • A short survey - also available below to fill in
  • You can share feedback anonymously if you prefer.
  • If you want a follow‑up, you can leave contact details, and we’ll get back to you.
