Register for the My Account focus group

This survey is being carried out by Citizen, in line with the UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is Citizen. The information collected in this survey will be used by Citizen to contact customers who would like to take part in a My Account focus group. All information produced will be anonymised. My Account focus group.

The focus groups will help us better understand how customers use My Account and what matters most when managing their tenancy online.

There are two sessions available on Thursday 10 September:

  • In-Person Focus Group 
  • Date: Thursday 10 September
  • Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Location:  4040 Solihull Pkwy, Birmingham B37 7YN


  •  Online Focus Group
  • Date: Thursday 10 September
  • Time: 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Location: via Microsoft Teams
