These documents have been created to help both our customers and our staff understand how we manage our neighbourhoods and estates.

  • Your voice

    Thank you to everyone that gave us feedback on the documents. Overall you liked the content. You particularly liked the use of pictures and the traffic light system to identify the level of standards.

  • Our action

    As result we have removed the technical terms. We will continue to use the traffic style in the document and ensure the other feedback is fed in to the final design.
