We need your feedback, so we can improve are services for our new build customers now and in the future.
Review of Customer feedback
We are currently looking at the type of feedback we receive from our customers and how we send it and receive it back. We wanted to get our customer views on this, to see how we can increase our responses received, so helping us improve our services to you.
What we do now? - We currently send out the survey with the defect’s inspection visit appointment and collect it at the inspection visit. This at present isn’t getting many responses.
Therefore we are looking at moving towards a more digital platform, in the hope this will increase you responses. You will still be able to requested a paper copy, if required.

My Account
As a recent customer that has moved into a new build property, we wanted to ask for your input about a new page we are looking to developing on the customer My Account portal.
We are currently looking at providing the following on the new page;
- access to information regarding the property
- useful guidance notes
- customer satisfaction surveys
- push notifications i.e. defect inspections visit
- ability to upload photos for defects raised
In the future we will be looking to raise defects, check progress and provide updates on your My Account and therefore we would appreciate a few questions answered in the survey below.
