It’s a small team of colleagues and customers that finds a problem, finds out what’s going wrong, and suggests ways to fix it.
Why are we looking at these repairs?
People have said repairs take too long or don’t get done right. We want to understand why and help make things better.
Who can be part of the group?
Anyone who cares about repairs and wants to help. You don’t need to be an expert—your ideas and experiences matter.
