Your Home, Your Voice: Tenancy Policy Survey

This survey is being carried out by Citizen, in line with the UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is Citizen. A Mutual exchange, sometimes called a home swap, is when you swap your home and tenancy with another social housing customer. 

The other person does not have to be a Citizen customer. Most swaps are arranged through a website called HomeSwapper.
