You’ll be invited to take part in a short interview where you can talk about your experience of giving feedback to Citizen and the changes you’ve seen as a result.
🎥 You may be filmed or photographed as part of a case study video — but only if you're happy to do so. 🗣️ If you’d prefer not to be on camera, that’s absolutely fine! You can still share your story through an interview without any filming or photos. 💬 You can also choose to submit your feedback in writing if that’s easier for you.

This survey is being carried out by Citizen, in line with the UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is Citizen. The information collected in this survey will be used to contact customer who register their intrest in the "We Hear You" Campaign . All information produced will be anonymised.
