This is a voluntary role, and there’s no pressure or set commitment. You choose how much you want to get involved. Whether it’s helping a neighbour, sharing feedback, or joining a workshop – every bit of support makes a difference.

As a Champion, you’ll help others in your community feel more confident using My Account – our online service for managing rent, repairs, and more.

You know your community best. That’s why your insight is so important.


🧰 How you can support others

You might:

  • Help someone log in or use My Account
  • Share tips or updates in your area
  • Join an online support hub or workshop
  • Give feedback on what’s working (and what’s not)
  • Just be there for a neighbour who needs a hand


🤝 How we’ll support you

  • We’ll meet every three months to share ideas and updates
  • Can’t make it? No problem – we’ll email everything to you
  • You’ll get resources, training, and a survey to help you support others
  • You’ll be part of a team helping to shape better services
