You told us you wanted My Account to be easier to use, clearer to understand, and more helpful so you don’t always need to call us. We listened, and these changes have been shaped directly by your feedback.

What’s new: There is now an Enquiries and Cases page where you can see your complaints and follow their progress.
Why this has changed: You told us it was hard to know what was happening with a complaint, and that you often had to chase for updates.
How this helps you:
You can check updates any time, day or night.
You don’t need to phone us to find out what’s going on.
You can feel reassured that your complaint is logged and being worked on.
🔧Report New‑Build Defects Easily
What’s new: If you live in a new‑build home or you’re a shared owner, you can now report defect repairs online during your first‑year warranty.
Why this has changed: Customers told us reporting new‑build issues could feel slow or confusing. You wanted a simple, quick way to get problems to the right team.
How this helps you:
You can report problems without waiting on the phone.
You can give clear details so nothing gets missed.
Your repair request goes straight to the right team.

What’s new: My Account now shows key information about your home, such as:
number of bedrooms
your local authority
the type of building you live in
Why this has changed: You told us you wanted more information about your home in one place, especially when reporting repairs.
How this helps you:
You don’t need to contact us for basic details.
It helps you report repairs more accurately.
Everything is easier to find in one place.
