This session will be an inperson session, rubbing shoulders with our building safety team. They will be conducting block safety walkabouts, door checks, and fire safety checks.
This will give them a great insight to how to keep their buildings safe, but also enable the young people to provide feedback on all of these processes.
19th August 2026- Comms Project

What we are covering:
This session is an opportunity to work directly with our Communications Team and influence the development of an important customer campaign. We're looking for your honest feedback, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help shape how we encourage customers to share information about themselves with us.
The campaign aims to help customers understand the benefits of sharing their data, so we can better understand customer needs and continue improving services.

Customer Re-lets task > Gathering feedback from our panel around the relets process, and giving real time feedback of homes ready for customers
Communications > Customer newsletter task - providing a youthful insight to the content on our customer newsletter sent out all customers through comms
