Every month, our Communications Team sends out a customer newsletter filled with updates, stories, tips, and important information. In 2026, we’re taking a fresh look at how we communicate — and we want you to be at the heart of that redesign.

That’s why we're launching the customer newsletter feedback project.


Our goal is simple:

What this project is about

We’re gathering feedback from customers to understand:

Overall experience

  • How satisfied you are with the monthly newsletter
  • How often you read it
  • What keeps you engaged — or what makes you skip it

Content preferences

We want to know what types of content you genuinely value, whether that’s:

  • Short updates
  • In‑depth stories
  • Step‑by‑step guides
  • Visuals and infographics
  • Videos
  • Community highlights
  • Or something completely different!

Your input helps us tailor future editions to match your interests.

Design & layout

We’re exploring:

  • Whether the newsletter feels too long, too short, or just right
  • Which elements encourage you to read on
  • Whether clickable contents at the top (a mini table of contents) would help you navigate future editions
  • How visuals, headlines, and layout influence your reading experience

Future engagement

We’re also offering the chance to get more involved:
