Update your details and enter our prize draws
From 1 December, we’re asking all customers to take a moment to review and update their personal and household details in My Account.
As one of our engaged customers, your feedback and involvement already make a huge difference to how we improve our services. By keeping your information up to date, you can help us understand your needs even better, offer the right support, and make our services fair and inclusive for everyone.
And as a thank you, we’re running two prize draws:

Update your details before midnight on 21 December, and you’ll automatically be entered.
Win a Samsung tablet in our second draw
Update your details any time before 15 February 2026, and you’ll be entered into a second prize draw to win a Samsung tablet. If you update before 21 December, you’ll be included in both draws.
Your information is safe with us
We know keeping your personal information secure is important. When you update your details in My Account, you’re doing so in a secure, protected environment. Your data is encrypted, stored safely, and only used for the purposes set out in our Privacy Notice.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to update:
- Your contact information
- Communication preferences
- Details of who lives in your home
- Other household information
This means you always stay in control of your data. You can read more about how we look after your information in our Privacy Notice.
We’ve improved My Account based on your feedback
Over the past year, many of you have shared what would make My Account easier to use. We’ve listened, and from 1 December you’ll see a refreshed design and helpful new features, including:
- New colours and design that now match the Citizen website
- The ability to view your completed repairs, giving you a clear record of works carried out in your home
- Faster loading speeds, with even more improvements on the way
These updates have been shaped by your feedback and are designed to help you manage your home quickly and confidently.
So please log in from 1 December, take a minute to update your details, and you’ll be entered into the prize draws.
This survey is being carried out by Citizen, in line with the UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is Citizen. The information collected in this survey will be used by Citizen to o gather feedback on the Citizen Concierge Service . The data processor is Bang the Table. Information is stored on servers in the United Kingdom and Bang the Table gives an undertaking never to disclose the survey questions or your responses to others without permission.
