Register Interest for Safeguarding Focus Group

This survey is being carried out by Citizen, in line with the UK GDPR Data Protection Act 2018. The data controller is Citizen. The information collected in this survey will be used by Citizen to contact people to join the safeguarding focus group. All information produced will be anonymised. Please note, customers will be contacted on a first come first serve basis. We have limited spaces to join the focus group, if you are not contacted by Tuesday 17th September, please assume that you have not been selected at this time. We will have more projects for you to get involved in soon.
