Over the last 18 months the panel have completed four Scrutiny reviews that have made 101 recommendations to make improvements in:
Lettable standards
Antisocial behaviour reporting
Damp and mould reporting
Communications complaints
Communal cleaning standards.
Summary reports are currently being produced and will be made available as soon as possible.
