The Customer Scrutiny Panel play a crucial role in overseeing the standard of our services and holding us to account. The work of the Scrutiny Panel feeds directly into our Customer Assurance Committee, ensuring that the work they do has a direct impact on how we improve our service delivery to customers.

Over the last 18 months the panel have completed four Scrutiny reviews that have made 101 recommendations to make improvements in:

  • Lettable standards
  • Antisocial behaviour reporting
  • Damp and mould reporting
  • Communications complaints
  • Communal cleaning standards.

    Summary reports are currently being produced and will be made available as soon as possible.
