Website forms review

Websites are home to a broad range of useful information. We are working on our website to make it as user friendly and customer focussed as possible. A place where people can access information and services easily at any time. One thing that customers asked for more of was website forms. People told us that they would like to use forms to request services or to tell us about changes.

  • Your voice

You told us that you would like to have more application forms accessible on the Citizen website for example apllyign to have a pet or to make an alteration. You didn't want to have to call the Customer experience centre and then have to wither wait for a form in the post or receive an email that was difficult to fill in in a word version. We asked a group of our customers to read through some new information and website forms that were due to be added to our website. You also wanted the forms and information to be jargon free.

  • Our action

We asked a group of our customers to read through the upcoming application forms and provide us with valuable feedback. We are incorporating these suggestions before launching the forms on our website.
