🧩 Why we offer different ways to get involved

At Citizen, we know people like to get involved in different ways. Some like to talk in groups, some prefer to fill in a survey, and others want to join short projects. That’s why we offer lots of choices – so you can take part in a way that works for you.

Using different methods helps us hear from more people, including those who don’t use the internet. It makes sure everyone has a fair chance to share their views and help shape what we do.

❓ How will I find out about a Survey or Focus Group?

If you’re registered on our Citizen Together Hub, you’ll automatically get all our live surveys and invitations to upcoming focus groups.

For focus groups, we’ll always send you an email with full details. If the session is online, the email will include a link so you can join from your device. If it’s face-to-face, we’ll tell you the location, date, and time so you can check if you’re free to attend.
